By accessing the PestAtlas website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, scrape data at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, calculators, and software — is the property of PestAtlas, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written permission.

We provide licensed pest control services in the United States. Treatments are performed by licensed technicians using EPA-registered products applied at label rates. Service outcomes depend in part on cooperation with technician recommendations (sanitation, exclusion carpentry, moisture control).

If covered pests return between scheduled visits on an active recurring plan, we will re-service at no additional cost. One-time treatments carry a 30-day guarantee unless otherwise stated on your service agreement.

Some pest situations (structural termite damage, bird nesting on protected species, hive relocation, hoarding remediation) may require third-party partners or fall outside the scope of our standard services. We will disclose limitations before treatment.

Service prices are quoted before treatment. Recurring plans are billed after each service unless prepaid. Late payments may incur fees as disclosed in your service agreement.

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Early-termination fees, if any, are disclosed at signup. One-time services must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PestAtlas, Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
