Careers
Build a career in pest control — the right way.
We're hiring licensed technicians, specialists, and support staff who take pride in doing the work properly. Paid training, real benefits, and a clear path to leadership.
Why work with us
A modern service company built on old-school craft
PestAtlas treats every technician like a professional — because that's what pest control actually requires. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, meeting new people, and being trusted to do the job well, you'll fit in here.
Benefits
What we offer
Health, dental, vision
Full family coverage from day 31, employer-funded HSA option.
401(k) with match
Company match up to 4% with immediate vesting.
Paid training & licensing
We pay for your state license, continuing education, and industry certifications.
Company vehicle
Take-home service truck, fuel card, and uniform allowance for field roles.
PTO & holidays
Three weeks starting PTO, plus 8 paid holidays and volunteer days.
Performance bonuses

Training
Four weeks of paid training — then a mentor for six months
Every new field technician spends the first month in a paid training program that covers state licensing prep, product safety, pest biology, customer communication, and route management. After you go live on a route, a senior technician rides with you for the first thirty accounts and stays on call for the following six months.
Career growth
Where your career can go
Technician → Senior Tech
12–18 months of quality service, complete termite and commercial certifications.
Senior Tech → Specialist
Choose termite, wildlife, or commercial. Specialists earn 15–25% more base pay.
Specialist → Service Manager
Lead a team of technicians and own service quality for a branch.
Service Manager → Branch Manager
Own P&L for a branch, hire your team, grow your market.
Company culture
Do good work. Treat people well. Go home on time.
We hire for character first and train the skill. Our field teams are close-knit — most branches do quarterly team lunches, an annual outing, and a summer barbeque paid by the company. We don't tolerate high-pressure sales tactics, and we don't overload routes to hit a number.

Employee stories
From our team
“I came in with zero experience. They paid for my license, put me on a route with a mentor, and I was running my own book of business within a year.”
Devon L.
Senior Technician, 6 years
“The best part isn't the pay — it's that nobody asks me to cut corners. Do the job right, take care of the customer, that's the whole playbook.”
Sara J.
Branch Manager, 9 years
“Started as a technician, moved to commercial, now I manage 40 accounts. The promotion path is real.”
Malik R.
Commercial Account Manager, 4 years
